Easy to access site and easy to order
This order was fine. Last order 2,prs of compression hose were too tight. When I inquired how to return then. I was told to send for return form at a cost of $7.98. I mailed them from PO without your form. I have not yet been refunded for those 2 prs of stockings.

Too much follow needed after placing order. Product looks faded and washed out. Last order I will place.
My order was split into two parts. I received half the order. According to Fedex, "the tracking number that I entered is for a Fedex Smart Post shipment and only the company that shipped me the package can file a claim." So I guess the other half of my order (2 watches) is lost in Chicago and only Collections Etc. (the original shipper) can file a claim. I called Collections Etc. customer service and was told I had to submit the claim. Looks like I lose.
DISAPPOINTED THAT THE ORDER WAS DELAYED SO LONG
