Never had a problem with them I been ordering for years sometime you get a product that doesn't work but that's rarely happens overall I'm happy with the products

Not sure why there was a handling or processing fee at check out but it was a very unpleasant surprise. If you're going to charge extra fees - let the customer know BEFORE they get to the last stage of check out!
