My order arrived on time and I only had to return 1 item. I haven't seen any proof yet that I have been credited for the return. The rest of my order I was completely pleased with and will be looking through the collections magazine for future items.

Happy to receive all items, and will be glad when the one backordered item arrives so order will be complete.

I like the catalog but the check out process needs attention. This 3rd time I have shared the issue. When you type in the CC number it displays it backwards. This is very frustrating.
