The tiles look good...instructions did not help when it came to putting the tiles together

I found the site easy to navigate and user friendly.

I didn't know an item was back ordered until the package arrived and the item was missing. All of the emails listed all of the items as ordered and shipped. The packing slip said the item was backordered.

I had some problems, but they are mostly because I am well up in years and sometimes I get confused. Think I will call in next time

The rug does not stay put when used on carpet, but the extra length is great.
