Quick and easy

Good

Had to call customer service, when I received my order one (1) item was missing. I spoke to a very pleasant young man who assured me I would receive the missing item in a week: he must have apologized at least two times for the mistake.

Very fast and convenient. Very pleased with the table I received.

I have been shopping at Collection Etc. for several years & have ALWAYS had a good experience.

I am a regular customer of collections, first place I look for what I need.

Returned all but 1 item. One of the returns was sent back for a replacement in a smaller size. Return shipping charges were over $10. Adding that to the prices paid for the products ordered, they were no bargain since I will only get a refund for the prices paid for the products returned but not for the outrageous shipping costs. That's why I rarely order clothes online.
