Product was for spouse and he likes it.
I like everything I got, but the cool pad for my dog was damaged and leaked all over everything else it was quite a mess. We had to just throw the cool pad away. If it's not late, I would like to have another one sent. But everything else is good as always.
It was easy to look for what I needed.

Prices are excellent; unclear what "processing fees" are, as opposed to shipping and handling, if free shipping and handling is offered. Would benefit from shorter turn around time from when order is placed to when it's shipped, but overall a positive experience...

I called and emailed that I received an item I didn't order. I got disconnected from the call after waiting a long time. The email I sent was never responded to.

Usually have exactly what I need!
I wish that collectionsetc would not send thru fedex smart post, because it take 2 weeks to get it. I have a PO box address and everything gets to me thru USPS in only 3 to 5 days or less. Other than that everything is fine with the products that I ordered.

It was easy to locate what I wanted and I paid a good price for it. The delivery took less than expected.
I love your products...they can be so unique. This was the first time I bought items on clearance. I checked out when the time came, but found a few items didn't ship. When I called customer service I was told they were out of stock. It would have been nice to have had a note to that effect instead of having to go through a 20 minute call to determine why certain items hadn't shipped and whether or not I had been charged for them.
