Good product
I don't like paying $1297 each for something, then the next week $8.97. Each. If you knew they were going on sale that soon, I should have been told or should give me $8 refund. Stop sending me messages and I will not order again. I ordered 2 of the 5 piece mini camper sets. But not again.
Rugs are a little thin but they're fine for the purpose I need them for.
Your products are good. I did have a few problems with your guys website though. On 2 different occasions I tried to order a product that was telling me it was in stock but when I went to check out & pushed continue it billed me twice. Then I ordered other products on another day went back to to the same item now saying backordered but in stock so tried for a third time (no results) then it never gave me a confirmation # right away(like in the past).Waited till the next day no confirmation # so had to call customer service to actually see if my order went through. So I wouldn't order again & be charged again. Plus it wasn't even on my tracking information either. I final reported the item I'm having problem with. Your website needs a upgrade there's some problems with the accurately & information,technical errors. Other than that the products are nice & delivery comes within estimated date promised. The website just needs a upgrade is all.
Rug and birdfeeder were even better than the pictures.
Very happy with my shopping experience. But, I do wish that I wouldn't have to pay the order processing charge after either free shipping or low shipping charges have been incurred. Hope that in the near future, processing charges will be removed.

Order was easy to place. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the rug I purchased. In less than a week, one of the threads in it has pulled out, and it hasn't even been vacuumed yet!

Had to return wasn't what I wanted
Easy shopping
Shopping and ordering is always easy. This is the first time I have had to return an order. The easy return process is easy. My problem was I couldn't get my computer to print the return label so I called to have one sent to me. The problem was I had difficulty understanding the person I was talking with and I am not sure she understood what I was requesting. I am still waiting for a return label in the mail. In the meantime I was able to get the return label printed and have sent the order back.
Ordering was easy. Everything arrived in good shape and I'm very happy with all my new Halloween items.
