I orderd a order from collections etc but I didn't get all of my order I called them and told them I didn't get all of my order would they send me a replacement of the product I didn't get that I orderd so they did they sent me a replacement product that I didn't get with my original order but then they charged me 2 times for the product I orderd I told them I already got charged for this product that I didn't receive with my original order that they didn't need to charge me again for the replacement product they sent me but they did charge me again for the replacement product I told them that was not right that they need to give me credit for the second charge on the replacement product they gave me credit on my account then they took it right out again so I didn't get credit after all I like the products I order I just wish they would send my whole order when I order something and not charge me twice for the product so who ever orders from collections etc needs to check there order and see if they got there whole order and if they didn't then if they get a replacement product like I did make sure they don't charge you 2 times for the product you get when you only get one product that you order
A couple of items I purchased weren't good quality.
