Love the items you have at a reasonable price.

Very user friendly website

When I placed the order I never got an email confirmation, so I questioned if the order was in process.

Always fun shopping at collections never find these items anywhere else

I like the item I ordered...colors look a little different than photo, but still work perfect...

It arrived broken

You have a wide assortment of items to choose from and at reasonable prices.

I don't know which order this was but:
The coral lamp was really ugly but you gave me a refund.
Same for the boots.

One solar light works all the time the other leaks and only works partialy

I love everything I have ordered -- the only problem I have is how very slow shipping is- - -usually it takes between 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive. Anywhere else I order from usually takes 5 to 7 days at the most. So why to I have to wait over 2 weeks for a collection?

My e-mail address changed and the young lady was very helpful in getting it changed so I could place my order.

I had trouble getting the order to send. That's why I left the computer and came back later.
Somehow it never seems to get easier.
