I only sent a message stating that I tried using a coupon after this order you gave me for free shipping and it was declined before! Expiration date. Said it expired before! Date given, that's all I was trying to tell CS. CS is misunderstanding me telling me I can't use an expired coupon. It wasn't expired, it was a day before. That's all I'm trying to explain

Patches for skin tags don't work
The picture of the Halloween Witch Wreath looked very well made in your catalog. But as usual, any wreath made by the Chinese, looks good until they put it in a small box. When I received the package and took it out of the box---I could tell that it was JAMMED in the box. Evidently the Chinese have a limited amount of boxes and therefore will only make two or three sizes of boxes and anything they make has to fit in these boxes.
Thank you for reminding me of why I stopped buying wreaths from you. I know now not to order again.
I tried to subscribe to email for 10% discount & Free Shipping and was told I already subscribe so did not quaify. I ckd my emails & have not rcvd any since my order confermation in Nov 2017. Does not fit
During numerous attempts to enter my credit card number I kept getting "Invalid Format". I called Customer Service 4 times and was cut off 3 times and Kruel? Actually said "goodbye" and hung up on me! Not very helpful!
