The solar lights are very cheaply made and one was broken so I returned them for a credit, but have not heard anything back from Collections, as yet.

No problems. Their turn-around time is good.

Your customer service is so responsible. When I called for an exchange for an previous order, the answer didn't match for what I saw it on one particular item. But they sent me an email immediately saying that the particular item is available. I respect their sincere nature and follow-up. This is another reason that I ordered a couple of more items today.

PRICE TOO HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS.

I RETURNED an item(witch) and asked for confirmation. I have already paid my Amex bill for this item. I used YOUR return label. I get emails to buy more and order confirmation? How about MY RETURN confirmation. I will never buy from your company again with the poor quality and poor customer service.
