Love everything i've ever ordered from Collectionsect, and always have have outstanding customer service, but don't remember have an issue where i had to call customer service, if i did it was probably through email :)
I think the shipping and processing fee is a bit much. It has stopped me from ordering a few other things I like.
I particularly like your table linens and runners and have purchased at lease 20 of them, please keep them coming.

I have always ordered size medium for tops from you. Four of the five tops were too small. I returned the four tops, on August 14,2018 (the same day they were received) to be replaced with size large. I called yesterday and the service lade said that you had not received them. I am worried, because that is quite a few items that I want replaced. Please let me know, by email, when you receive them and when I may expect the replacement items.
I am a long customer of Collections Etc. you always have what I want or what I need. Plus always have new products for me to choose from.

Site easy to navigate but jumped and would not allow sort price low to high to go beyond 1st page on clearance, would jump to best seller sort - a little tedious to look at all 393 out of price order. But ok overall'. After receipt of second order - Items listed as pair of drapes were disappointing - fabric lightweight (half cotton/half poly) stiff and quite sheer, more like sheer panels - can see through them even when closed. Otherwise, good value but bought only clearance items?
Most of my shopping experiences have been fine - only had a few where items were missing from my shipment but it was taken care of upon a call to customer service - my only problem was a very long hold to get a representative to speak to.
Recieved three of the items, most important part was back ordered till end of October. Not acceptable so we cancelled item and wanted to return the rest since it was your fault, but was told I would have to pay shipping. Really! Your fault does not match unless we get the back ordered item, may not order again, very poor customer support!
It didn't fit quite the way I expected. I gave it to a friend who could wear it.
So far easy to order. Like shipping price!
