I placed an order online on 09/18/18 and received a confirmation number, but when I didn't receive any further information about the order for several days I called to check on it. (I couldn't check online since the website said there was no order history available.) I was told there was no order with my name or the confirmation number I had. The representative asked if I wanted to re place the order on the phone. I agreed, if I could receive the same offer that I used on the original order which I placed from an email I received on 09/17/18 offering 20% discount and free shipping; he agreed and quoted a price which seemed about the same. However I ordered two items, the raised toilet seat and the evergreen metal wall decor. When I received the confirmation email the next day I saw that he had only placed the order for the toilet seat and that I was charged full price. I called and tried to cancel the order but was told that it was too late and I would have to refuse the package when it arrived. I was not at home when it was delivered, so I will have to take it into town to FedEx in order to return it. This will not be until next week. It is about a 30 minute drive to town and as my husband has Alzheimer's and I am his sole caregiver, I can't just pop into town to drop it off. He had a doctor appointment on 09/11/18 and I will drop it off then. As you might imagine, I am not too happy about my experience with this transaction and am disappointed about the pine trees...I have already purchased the toilet seat elsewhere.
