Ok so far

Normally everything is great with the products but this time I received a sofa cover and it tore up when I put it on the sofa. Not as good of quality as I usually get through you. I did not return it because I am lazy and didn't want to go through the process.

Don't like the$ 2.95 FEE. It defeats the purpose of having the 10% off. Collections is expensive when it comes to shipping

I received my order of the skeleton cat. It is neither motion sensing or sound activated. You have to slap the silly thing to get it to go off. I sent an email to customer service some time ago and have had no response at all. Very disappointed in the product and the "no response".
