Website is easy to look at, search works great, prices are good, shipping was fast.

Delivery was slow.
Items were too small.
Had to give them away.
Don't think I will order from this company again.

Very good quality curtains with a pretty forest scene.

I am disappointed in the curtains as they are hardly light blocking and certainly not light blocking which my catalogue said they were. But they look good enough to keep. I do really like the bedspread and sheets.

Pretty little decor items. Shoe quality is not fantastic, but would work for occasional cute sandal use.

Delivery status update on my last order that I placed you

At this point I have only received half my order. I have contacted Customer Service and are now waiting to receive the balance of my order with no additional charges.

We ordered different things. The CD's came better protected this time compared to the time before where they came with broken cases which they replaced. I will never order shoes from Collections Etc. again since they do not have half sizes and they wanted almost $12.00 to return the shoes.

Easy to order online and I got what I ordered the kitchen curtains fit great and there beautiful got lot's of compliments on them.

The product that I ordered was just as described, came in timely fashion and good condition. Pleased with the color.

What I like about Collections Etc. is they are reliable. Their delivery is fast and if there is a problem, Collections Etc. will make it right.

I ordered the Chrysanthemum Bushes in Purple and Rust, and they are very beautiful and rich in color. I hope to order the orange as well when they are back in stock!

I ordered the pearl blue comforter and it took a long time to recieve it so I called the collections number on the little catalog I recieve in the mail and she said to give it a few more days so I did. It cane about 4 days after I called them. I don't know if it got lost or what happened but I'm very happy with the product.
