Order incomplete no invoice, shipping information item missing called and requested missing items and for a copy of the invoice. Which I never did receive.

Im glad I discovered Collections Etc. I will continue shopping with them.

I usually order from the catalog so finding items and ordering are a breeze.

Its ridiculous to pay processing and worse that you tax it on top of the price especially when your shipping costs go buy price not weight.i tried to cancel my order and actually removed the quantities and entered zeros and your sight placed the order even though I did not.
