I can always find what I am looking for with Collectionsetc. The quality and pricing are exactly as expected and I am very pleased with my orders which arrive fairly quickly. Have been a long time shopper and will continue to be in the future. Have told my friends about Collections and they are also satisfied.
The under cupboard jar opener is difficult to operate.
The idea of the plastic storage containers is great but the quality of the covers and the turn table leaves a lot to be desired. I will probably not order again. Price was good, quality disappointing.

It was fine
The day this order was placed, 10/2/18, I called and cancelled this order, After placing the order, it said that one item was not in-stock, so this ended up charging me shipping & handling fees. The representative verified over the phone that this order # ******* was cancelled by her. I placed another order that evening on-line for the same item and another new item so I would get free shipping.
On 10/5/18, I received an email confirmation that this order # ******* was shipped. So I called and told the representative that I called 10 minutes after this order was placed, that I called & cancelled this order (because not everything was in-stock & I didn't want to pay for shipping). She looked at this order and again, verified that this order was cancelled.
On 10/5/18, I received my other order. Today, 10/6/18, I received order # ******* (that should have been CANCELLED). I put "RETURN TO SENDER" on this packaged and dropped it off at the post office.
I don't understand how your reps told me this order was cancelled both times I called and then I still receive it.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FOR THIS ORDER # ******* (INCLUDING THAT SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE).
I emailed & called regarding this a few times already and never received a email saying the I will be credited for the $25.03.
PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR $25.03 AND ADVISE ME ON THIS!

I love to make wreaths but silk or plastic flowers can be expensive. Collections flowers are made well.They change with the seasons.
Happy with product i bought
I tried calling when I ordered, but had to wait so long that I hung up. I want to send back an order. I printed out the return label and brought it to fedex. They said I needed additional bar codes on the label on the bottom. Now I have to take it to the post office.
Shopping was fine but took forever for you all to send my order the last time. After it was sent it got here quickly.
I loved all the products except the bra. I did not realize how it was constructed and I don't think it's right for me so I will donate it to a charity that can make use of it.
