My dealings with collections have always been satisfactory.

I was supposed to get free shipping if I ordered 2 or more items. They charged me shipping and was told by 2 reps that my bill would be adjusted. They don't answer emails and I am still waiting for the credit.

Website had some glitches and offers were unclear until the end. Don't understand why some items were not discounted.
