First time customer

I was very pleased with my shopping experience with CollectionsEtc. I placed my order online and received my merchandise on time.

Found what I wanted except for one item that was sold out

I love their products and never had a problem with anything I have purchased.

Did not get my 10% off and customer service was no help

It was easy to find what I wanted. I found the runner rug in a catalog I just received in the mail.

I emailed them that one of the quilts that I ordered was missing. The invoice said it was in the box but it was not. The Shams were there but not the quilt. I received the order in 2 separate boxes and it was not in either box. I have not heard back from them and my card was charged for this item.

I have always been pleased with my purchases from collections --- just recommended this catalog to a friend.

The 3 solar outdoor lights I purchased were not up to the collections etc. standards in my opinion. They are quite flimsy. Not sturdy. I order 2 of them for Christmas presents and one for myself.
Not happy with them, but I'm not spending more money for return postage.
