The item is broken. I emailed and have never gotten a response!

I always have a good experience on here very happy shopper

I called because I had received my order, but it was missing one item and I needed to make arrangements for re-shipment. The Customer Service Rep I spoke with had trouble understanding me - and I her (i.e. Maybe a problem with English). Maybe she was a new employee just going through training of some sort.

It took almost a month to receive my online order. I had to call customer service to find out if it had been sent to me.

Quick and easy. Loved the price but the quality basically reflects the price. Area rugs are quite thin and I didn't like the fact that they had been folded and the fold marks are very hard to get out of them. Would rather seem them rolled up for shipping.
