I am disappointed with the size of the quilts and bedspread. I don't know what size beds the beds are in the catalog picture, but they definitely do not look like the catalog on my bed. So I guess I will not be ordering any of your bedding anymore.
I used to get daily emails from your company - which was too much, but now I don't get any. I enjoy looking through the catalogs - could we do something in between - catalogs once in a while plus an email every few weeks?

WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION THAT IT WENT THRU...SO I PLACED IT AGAIN AND NEXT DAY I SEE I WAS BILLED FOR BOTH ORDERS! SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
I EVEN LOOKED IN MY PREVIOUS ORDERS TO MAKE SURE THE FIRST ONE DIDNT GO THRU.IT WASNT THERE AND LIKE I SAID THE NEXT DAY BOTH ORDERS WAS THERE...

1. If something come broken you don't guarantee.
2. Last year I ordered that railroad bank and it said in stock, next thing I hear, sorry out of stock.
3. I never qualify for the free shipping and 10% off.
4. Last, when you have a problem, your reps are not experience enough to help you.
5. But I do like your products even though two of the things I wanted was already out of stock, waiting to see if at least one comes in.
