I have been a customer for 20 + yrs. I have been pleased w/most items purchased.

One of the items was supposed to have an opening to insert the light string into. There was no hole. We will try to drill a hole and hopefully be able to utilize the item

I was good just wish more things to choose for kids. I was not happy with wooden doll stands. Not put together well. I have to buy 2 more elsewhere.

I enjoy viewing the catalogs and making my "wish list".

If you at least tell me what it was you delivered you can get a higher score. I received the yellow comforter but have not received anything else.

Catalogs have unique items

Yes I received my items in good condition. The only complaint I have is that the boxes I get from you are not packed with enough bubble wrap or paper to make the items better able to be shipped safely and no purchase orders.Which means no return labels.

She reordered the candle of which I should not be charged and told me the two items I did not order. I do see that I should receive the candle on the 18th

I ordered the fall leaves that light up. I ordered 2 strands. One strand didn't work. I just went ahead and ordered another one. The price was not that bad.
