I ordered on the 15th of Dec. They did not have 1 of my items in stock. Instead of sending what they had and sending the other item later they held all the items so they could ship together. As of today Dec. 21st it still is sitting in warehouse. This is a gift and I could have given part of it for Christmas, but now I have to wait until January. Should have ordered from Amazon.
I ordered a Cop Cam from this company, which did not work. I sent it right back and have tracking evidence they received it, but my Emails to customer service have been completely ignored. They have my $40, and I have nothing. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. They claim to guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back. I am not REMOTELY satisfied!
Mi 300 solar lights did not last long. They are now in the garbage I would like a replacement
I placed my first order of two items with a free shipping coupon, just to try them out. About 10 days later, I rec'd a letter that said I did not specify a size on one of the items. I called the number given to give them the size I needed. Nothing else was brought up by their representative at that time. I rec'd a shipment of one of the items and was waiting for the arrival of the second item. About 2 weeks later, I received a letter saying that the "free shipping" coupon was for three items and to send additional money for shipping charges. I still have that coupon, and nowhere does it say any item minimum. I have rec'd subsequent catalogues that offer free shipping on two items. When I called customer service, I find they have cancelled the second item and deducted the amount of shipping charges they were demanding. They have a credit on the books for the amount I pre-paid for that item (minus the extorted shipping charges). The customer service representative said that they had already sent the refund... but they had not! I insisted he look into it and after a long hold, he said that the credit could not be processed because of a problem with my credit card. Um, nice try... you do not have my credit card because I paid with a check. The service representative was not overly friendly or willing to help. It would have been simple to placate me and keep my business: waive the shipping and ship my item. But he did not and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. Glad it was just this once, it was only two items and they didn't actually have my credit card on file. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware!)
Do not order from this company. They bill you for premier shipping instead of waiting 30 days. When I called, they said they would refund that 14.95 plus the actual shipping charges. When I called the 1st girl said they bill immediately. I spoke to a Mgr and obviously the 1st girl removed my Premier savings status because the mgr said she could no longer find that and I was billed for 2 day shipping. Also... do not order anything with lights or solar lighting because the lighting only last for a wk and when you call to return, they don't refund your money either. They are a RIP off and I am writing the BBB about the extra 24.95 shipping they charged and refuse to refund.

Charged my card for something they no longer had in stock and for the same thing twice. Customer service is terrible no matter if you talk to a supervisor or not. They just run a bad business around. Maybe go back to the old way of ordering if you order from them by mail and check. So they can't go back and charge you twice for a product you already have.

Just got a pending charge to my credit card that I didnt place. Lucky I checked emails tonight and then when i called i got a runaround that it wasnt actually placed. Checked my cc online and a 14.95 pending... called again. They just lost all future business from me

All items were purchased as gifts so nothing has been opened. Shopping and ordering were easy, and shipment was quick.
I placed an order last November, they were mainly Christmas Gifts. They overcharged my PayPal acct. Received in Jan '18, with 1/2 the items being out of stock when original confirmation receipt said everything was in stock. I promised myself I wouldn't order anytime soon. So, today Nov 14 2018 I ordered again. They overcharged my PayPal account AGAIN! After talking to 2 of their reps (in the Philippines and their limited English), I was hung up on twice, the third time asked for a supervisor. She still could not account for the PayPal overcharge, this all took about 1 1/2 hours! Now, I NEVER order from Collections Etc. UNLESS I develop a liking for frustration, disappointment and paying more than what is in WRITING! Yes, I was refunded the money last year, but I had NO gifts! Terrible Customer service.

Your credit card payment area on my phone would not work. I tried repeatedly over days. So I went online on the computer, when I tried to check out it said my session had expired so I had to start all over because my cart was empty instead of having 8 items.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
