I had a good experience with Collections. I found items that I wanted and had no problem getting them.
Order was slow in being shipped.Not kept up to date on shipment status. Open container spilled over other product in shioment. Fortunately the other items were in in plastic bags. Billed for shioping when order was suppose to be free. Billed for shipping on a backordered. Offered me a $5 dollar credit on item priced at $12.99. Very disappointed in this my recent order.

Both items we ordered were of very poor quality and overpriced. Also, poorly packaged, box was partially open when it arrived. One of the items was not only poor quality, but not as described. The photographs and description were extremely misleading. Customer service did not speak english, did not understand what I was asking, and just kept repeating the same sentences. Will never order from this company again. The only possible way they can have such a high star rating is fake reviews. I noticed most of the five star ones I saw sounded fake and like broken english.

The solar lighthouse doesn't work. The switch is already rusted. Haven't seen the light maybe because the battery is in water as that's the design of it.
I find home decor. Seasonal devorations. And unique gifts and childrens toys. You are my favorite catalog. Your prices are reasonable.
