Time of delivery would have been earlier

I was very pleased!

One of the items that I purchased, the blue tear drop hanging solar light doesn't work. Brand new!

Shipping was a problem, but it got delivered finally...

Every time I have ordered from Collections, I have had a good experience.

So far so good. This is my first time to order by computer.

I asked for a copy of the order I sent for June 6, but that's not what I got. I got this stupid survey.
Right now I don't need a survey, I just wanted to know what was ordered on that date!

Their web site would not let me in to order, or check my past orders, that were late/missing, as NO confermation notice was ever sent. Site would not let me change my password, instead, an "oops, computers are dow, try later" message kept coming up. I have been a faithful customer, for many years, but at the moment, I AM VERY UPSET WITH COLLECTIONS ETC.

Very user friendly web site!

Prompt service. Products arrived okay. The black silhouette horse stakes could have been better. Only one stem that goes into one foot of each horse. When ground is wet they tend to tip over or lean down more than they should.

I am satisfied with items purchased, especially how quickly my orders are sent & received. I especially like the prices. Most items are on sale or clearance, & also shipping charges are brought down low, which make it affordable.

Loved the bright colors but the pens are easily broken and not well made.

I love collections. Shipping is great and gets to my house promptly. Products are good.
