Good past experiences

WOULD NOT TAKE MY ORDER THE FIRST TIME I PLACED IT. TRIED TO CALL, ALL I GOT WERE ADDS TRYING TO SELL ME PRODUCTS THEN A FREE CRUISE WHICH I DIDN'T WANT THEN IT HUNG UP. AFTER THAT, SAID CALL COULD NOT GO THROUGH.

I did not receive any notification via e-mail when my items shipped. Three of the items were backordered. I have received 1 of them. The other 2 items have still not arrived and I have no idea when or if they will ever arrive.

On-line website was easy to follow.

Very easy to locate the items I wanted, I had received a catalog and I quickly put in the numbers and added to my cart, very simply, my order was place within a few minutes, very happy.

I have no complaints with Collections, etc. In shipment the package was torn and one item was missing but it was replaced as soon as I contacted them. Over the years their service has been very good and dependable. Thank you.

Love the items in the catalog. Prices are very reasonable. I don't order things on line very much but this was pretty easy.

Some of the items I was interested was no longer available. Those items need to be removed from you online selections
