I had ordered 3 separate items, but had one item that was not shipped (#*******) frog garden figurine. Instead, I received a butterfly towel set. I have returned the towel set back through the USPS and would still like the frog figurine to be sent to me.
Otherwise, the other 2 items that were sent were exactly what I ordered and I was very impressed with the quality with the floral and lace table runner.
The prices were great, but one of the items was very thin. It seemed more like a sheet then a bedspread. However, that was the first one we picked to use on our bed. It was perfect for summer when you did not want a heavy comforter. The only drawback we saw on this light bed topper was that it had a long "imperfection line" in the material. The other comforters we bought seemed fine, but we have not taken them out of their plastic storage bags to inspect them yet.

Collection Etc has great prices and fun items.
Okay! But I had some problems along the way. I had to find my password, and then it only registered one item instead of 2 items, so I had to start from the beginning again, so 2 items would go through. And also I call the Customer Service number, and I sent 3 email messages, to ask the company to please only send me 1 catalog from each Season, like Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter, and Christmas if it is different from the Winter catalog. And I got 7 Spring catalogs, 7 Summer catalogs all of the exact same items in the catalog, and I tell them again, and again, and again not to send me all those catalogs, but Customer Service people do not listen to me. So if you can STOP! Sending me any more CollectionsEtc. Catalogs! I don't want them. And if I see 1 more Summer catalog, I will call the BBB and report your company! I mean it, you are messing with the wrong person. If I want to order any more items, I can always order online.

A few items were not what I expected but enjoyed them.
I purchase gifts for my family as I am unable to shop for them. I have been satisfied with the items I have purchased and have only experienced a couple of mix ups but they were quickly corrected. I really have no complaints about service or products.
You have unique items I have not seen elsewhere. That is why I look forward to your next catalog.
