I am very pleased with my latest product from Collections Etc. (Arctic Air Evaporative Cooler). I have been ordering from Collections Etc. for quite a few years now and am very pleased with the products and service.

Good very and efficent

I ordered three items. Supposed to get free shipping. There was a $2.95 'processing and shipping' charge. I called and was told...it was for 'packaging.' Right. The money isn't a big deal. It's the principle of it. I'm not inclined to do business with companies that play these games. I can deal with Bed, Bath and Beyond or Christmastree Shops for the same sort of products.
