The Shower Curtains are great the Recliner cover is misrepresented in the pictures what they sent was not what it showed. The foot covering was only 4 " long, It did not fit my recliner at all. I am sending it back
I returned everything in the order including the three skorts and the two Solar White Flower Stakes. I didn't like the fabric on the skorts and the stakes didn't look like the shiny picture in the catalog.
Sometimes I have experienced difficulty in using the website and had to use the phone number for ordering. Also, once I received the wrong item; however, collectionsetc.com made it right. Overall, I am pleased with collectionsetc.com.
Fast and easy
I love your products and have ordered many times however, I had a hard time ordering on my tablet as it kept saying there was no shipping address and there was no way to fill that information in so I had to order on my desktop computer instead. That's why I can't give a 5 rating.
Only issue is with shipping costs
I would have given five stars, except when I'm shopping and I add something to my "Favorites" and then try to get back to the page I was shopping from, it always takes me to the top of the page and I have to scroll down to where I had been. That's annoying. I'm usually very pleased with everything I order, but this time, I've had to return a couple of items (because they didn't fit properly); two other items that I did keep are not the usual quality that I have come to expect from "Collections". Also, I'm not pleased with how long it takes to get a credit on my billing statement for things that I've returned.
