The customer service rep and the online information did not match. I called to ask for the number of the item that I purchased previously (short grey curtains) and was given what I thought was the order# for that item. However, when I received the curtains, they were full length NOT short. I was very, very disappointed as I called to double check the number so I would receive the correct item. I have been a customer for many, many years and this is the first issue that I had. I do not believe I should have to pay the $7.99, as it was not my fault that your customer service rep. Gave me incorrect information. I do not believe I will order again, as this was a bad experience. As a senior citizen, any extra cost is a real issue for my budget.
I have to keep trying to make all the soler lights light. The product is poorly made and there is a durability issue with the materials used.
The only issue I had was it was back ordered and I did not know, I finally contacted customer service and told me it was back ordered.
