Very good customer relations. Only complaint is that you offer free shipping, but slip in a "handling charge". A little deceptive I believe. But the quality and prices are good.

It takes way too long to receive your order. When you need to return something for an exchange it takes a very long time to receive your replacement. I have a hard time understanding customer service people
