The recliner cover fit perfectly. We have looked and purchased several which did not do what we wanted.
Poor quality and overpriced, however they did fit.

I have to agree with the other negative comments... and this is after I have given this company several opportunities to fix their mistakes. Terrible company that I would suggest avoiding. Does not stand by their policies and promotions. Customer service is a waste of time that will only say you (the customer) are wrong, only providing an explanation that doesn't explain or address the issue. I have never dealt with a company before with such poor customer service as this one.

These people charge your credit card twice, do not order from them, then they don't want to cancel your order.

I placed an order in November. It was lost by FedEx. I called collections etc but was told to wait to confirm it had been lost. I had to convince the cust. Service rep it had been longer than the 10 business days. I was told it would be reshipped at no charge to me and I would likely receive it by Christmas. At the expected date, I had not received a confirmation email of shipment or my items. When I called again, I was told it was backordered until March. Now, I am being charged again for the items I never received in the first place. This company should be sued.
Do not order from these people they will charge you 999 shipping and if it's the wrong thing and you have to send it back they're going to charge you 799 to ship it back do not order it is a scam the merchandise is ridiculous not quality at all.
They sold me into finishing my purchase when it said in there I can get $15 back if I register to their Premier Savings. I can get it thru a check and cancel my subscription before it charge me on the monthly fee. WELL IT IS A HUGE LIE! Emailed them and never got the answer.
I am not upset with the items themselves but the service. I received my order 12/28/18 and I had order 2 sets of curtains and only received one. I called to tell them they didn't complete my order and asked if I could have it expedited because it wasn't my fault they didn't put this in with the rest of the order. They said they don't have that service. I called again and got the same response. I called a 3rd time and requested to speak to a supervisor. I again said this wasn't my fault and I needed this by Christmas could you please send it by express 3-5 day deliver and she said yes. It is 12/28/18 and I still have not received the item that the Supervisor assured would be sent by express. Very upset because now I have to mail the Christmas present which now will cost me additional money~! Poor service

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
