Horrible service and dishonest policies. Agents are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Shipments take forever and they always backorder and give incorrect delivery dates. Look elsewhere.

Some products are unique/exclusive. Most are reasonably priced and good quality. Ordering process is quick and easy with updated delivery notices. Enjoy searching website for "new" items.
I have ordered from them for years and have been satisfied. Once an item came broken and the gladly replaced it.
I ordered something from this company, through Amazon and ended up needing to return it because the items weren't going to work for me. So I went through Amazon to do the request to return my order. After a week of getting no response from them (and I think I messaged them as well and was ignored), I had to call Amazon who then opened up a claim against them. That got their attention, and they allowed me to proceed with the return, which I did.
9 days after they had received the return, they still had not even processed my return. I called Amazon and then called this company directly the following day, 10 days after they had the items I had sent back to them. The first person I spoke to was difficult to understand, and I had very little confidence or hope in the "reasoning" I was given, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Well. Rude and unprofessional are an understatement. She acted like I had some nerve inquiring where my refund was. She said their warehouse was busy (it was all in her tone). Here's a thought. When you put yourself on the online mega mall of Amazon, hire more people so you can provide better customer service. How hard is that?
She manually did something to "expedite" my return and said it would be processed that day. It wasn't. I did receive an email from them directly the next day saying it has been processed, but my refund still hasn't hit my bank. I am giving them one more business day for it to hit my bank until I contact my bank to have them refund me. I am also reporting them to the BBB.
There is absolutely NO reason why a customer should have to chase down their refund and then be treated like they are a nuisance and are bothering them.
They are frauds and scammers. They charged me for an order that I did not complete or authorize, then told me they couldn't cancel it because it was "processing" Now I just got a shipping notice and have to go through the laborious process of returning it and hoping by chance they do the right thing and refund me. Already filed a complaint with the BBB too. Offshore CS with people who... well, there's a language barrier, but they are also RUDE a. F. and will tell you it's your fault for this happening. Horrible, horrible company.
Sent me wrong item twice! Returned both at same time and was never given credit. They said it was because they never received the return. I had tracking # and info and confirmation from USPS stating it was received and even the name of the person who signed for it, so I emailed this info to them, and they still insisted their warehouse did not have it and refused to give me credit! And this is not the first incident with them. It took me a while but I learned my lesson the hard way and I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

I am so not happy! I ordered 3 quilts and 2 days later my account was in the negative because i learned they took $68.67 not one time but two times. I called an they said it was a pre authorization. An my money would be returned within 7-10 days. I don't understand that because they should have returned it immediately! So i called again. This time telling me the 27th it would be returned. Today is the end of the 27th and still i haven't gotten my money back. So i called for the 3rd time. The guy i talked too said the second amoof 68 dollars disappeared from their screen so it should be added back too my card within 3 -5 days. This doesn't make any sense too me. An they should have never took the same amount of money two times from my card putting it in the negative.
I ordered 2LED Christmas Candles from the markdown section regular price was $17.97,they had been marked down to$7.99.I called and the
lady told me nothing could be changed since the order had been taken care of This order has not come.Up to this point I had been very pleased.
I see another comment closely resembling mine. I placed an order on March 1 and still have no items! They claim PayPal hasn't authorized, my computer says "waiting on merchant." I'm not a genius but I know who the merchant is.
This whole problem started with a backordered item, which of course they DON'T tell you it's backordered until you place the order! So then the repeat performance of useless phone calls start. Today I get a basic, "I've resubmitted the order AGAIN, that's all I can do. With the added, I hate my job attitude and I could care less if you know it! I buy from this company all the time,! Most of their items are nice and fairly priced, but if you can't depend on the ordering process to work or be accurate, well what then.
So here I sit with no idea what I am supposed to do to get my items! 20 days and not shipped and nobody can explain why?! HIRE DIFFERENT PEOPLE!
I ordered beginning of March. After waiting, phoned after 2 weeks and learned that there was an issue with credit card, so gave them information for the second time. Checked after 4 days to check if my order has been processed, NO there was a problem again. Gave card info for the 3rd time and also called American Express to find out what was wrong, banker stated they were not putting the 4 digit code. Phone Collection again to let them know that, spoke with supervisor Christian and requested that I don't use "PROFANE" word which I only said "I am big time pissed with what is happening. It seems that they are more concern about their feelings and don't care and understand CUSTOMERS. Will be waiting for delivery and hopefully arrives as promised? Will update.
I don't know about the bench yet gave not had a chance to take it out of the box and assembled it yet. The shorts I'm not sure about yet. I'm hoping when they ate washed they will hang and fit better right now I'm on the fence about wether to keep them and wash them or send them back..

All items ordered arrived on time and in good condition. However, when I received the subscription confirmation email and was promised "10% off and free shipping" the "code" I received and entered on checkout was expired and all I was able to get was the free shipping.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
