Really disappointed. Placed an order for a personalized calendar as a surprise anniversary gift on the 2nd of November. It was shipped on the 3rd of November. After numerous emails, I was assured that it would of arrived by the 10th of November and latest 14 November. To date, there is still no delivery and I just keep being told that there is no way to track it? So my fiancé who is in California and I'm in South Africa has received nothing from me for our anniversary. I also ordered a puzzle and now I'm worried as to if i should of... really poor service especially when it's for surprise gifts... the company should be able to track all deliveries despite the weight so that customers don't keep getting responses saying they don't know where the order is
I ordered pillows from a recent photo session with my grandsons. I just finished my order and could not have done it without Annie and Leah. I spoke with Annie the first time and still needed help so I logged back into chat, and Leah helped me throughout the entire process. She was so kind and helpful, and stayed with me throughout the entire process. She is a real asset to collage.com. Thank you Leah for your help and God bless you.
I initially had a difficult time uploading all of my photos to my project, customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me. The sight was easy to work through and my project turned out wonderful. I received my finished project, which looked amazing. There was one problem with the print on a couple of pages so I contacted customer service through chat and Annette, who was so helpful in fixing the issue and rushing a new print to be sent out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the professionalism and top notch customer service. I love the idea of personalized gifts and collage.com has so many to choose from. I am extremely happy so far and will use this company again!

I'm a real person with no attachment to this company. They say 100% satisfied. The book arrived ahead of schedule and was really good. One minor issue was 2 page corners were stuck together (I assume from the photo chemicals not being 100% dry. When I pulled them apart, they frayed a little bit. I wrote and said no big deal, and explained what had happened with a picture attached. I said I don't want anything, just wanted them to know. They insisted on sending me a second copy of the book (with non-stick pages) at no cost which arrived within 3 days. I've on ly seen customer service like this a few times in my life from companies like Victorinox (Swiss Army Knife), Ray Ban, and L. L. Bean. Very Impressive!
Old Fashioned Customer Service still exists! John at Collage.com is kind, helpful and his follow through is AMAZING! His word is as 'Good as Gold'. I had some serious issues with my photo book... he was very calm & helpful. He resolved my issues & frustrations with pleasure! I have placed several orders with Collage.com at least 4 or 5. They are always professional and provide a lot of assistance during the process. But what I am writing about is how good they are when something goes wrong. I recently placed an order of 4 pillow cases for Xmas gifts that somehow came to me with the wrong images that were used in some of my other projects. Jennifer worked with me to find the problem, correct it and order the correct cases. She even walked me through the order process to insure we were correct. I immediately saw an issue with the wrong color on the wording. She fixed it right there and placed the correct order. The whole time I felt I was important and valued. I live in Ohio, and my only grandchildren Jack and Addie live in Colorado. I only see them 3 or 4 times a year. I miss then beyond words. I forget how I discovered collage.com. But once I did, I purchased a voucher to create a blanket of memories of my little ones to help keep them close. Each time I visited them, I took lots of sweet pictures. But I always wanted to make one more visit and take more pictures before I completed my blanket. Finally, I decided to not only create my blanket, but I also created a blanket for each child, plus a pillow of pictures of each of them with me as part of their Christmas gifts this year. Now they can wrap up in Grandma's pictures and hopefully feel close to me, even when I'm so far away. I just can't wait to share these precious memories with them!
I got a bit overwhelmed trying to make these items "just right". But I ended up speaking with Annette. Oh my goodness, she was truly wonderful! She was so sweet and personable. She really knew so much about the whole process and instantly made everything so much easier. She was very patient with me and guided me along with all 5 items, rechecking them as we went along and taking care of everything for me. She really took good care of me. She never once made me feel I was bothering her by taking too long. I now have such a nice memory of creating my beautiful gifts for my grandchildren.
I really appreciate her genuine concern for helping me. What a super employee you have at collage.com! She went above and beyond and made this grandma so happy!
I ended up ordering another voucher to create a beautiful blanket for my mother who will turn 80 in January. I will have pictures of each of us 3 kids, her 6 grandchildren and her only 2 great grand children, (my Jack and Addie) put on her most special family blanket to keep her warm!

I am over the top pleased with the service I received! The first project was delivered to my house and I must admit it was not what I had hoped for. We ordered two pillowcases with our dog's and cat's photos on them. They were delivered within a week and are adorable! Haven't washed them yet, but will follow the instructions provided and hopefully they will keep their color and last a long time. We got these with a Living Social coupon and are extremely pleased with the product.

I love the new picture blanket I created on collage.com. It is the basic fleece and is 60x80 inches. I had a friend line it with a fuzzy back layer and add satin binding. It turned out AMAZING.

I ordered a collage with 71 pictures on it for my grandfather's 90th birthday. I called and spoke to a representative and expressed my concern about some of the pictures coming out blurry from being old and scanned in. The rep was very nice and explained how I would be able to tell by viewing the image online. I got my package today (which was a two days early than I was told) and the blanket is more beautiful than I ever imagined! This is a great company and I WILL DEFINITELY use them again!

My project was a puzzle photo. I thought I could do the small pieces but they were all the same shape and my photo had a lot of snow and dark areas. They were very efficient with replying to me and they are replacing my puzzle with larger pieces! I'm very impressed with their customer service.
