Their product offering is always current, their knowledge and advice excellent, and their customer service and fulfillment is flawless. And, their pricing is always competitive. Don't underestimate the value of delivery and setup - I just stood pointing - and everything was setup for me. I recommend Coleman to everyone who asks me where I shop.
Web site was quick and efficient. We have an account so it's a "bit of a cheat" but still I was in/out and have my order in in under 5 minutes. Also the link from Ashley worked perfectly (Amazon's took you to a generic--useless--page.)
Been ordering furniture from here since 2011. Never had a single problem. Fast shipping and trustworthy service as far as Im concerned.
My experience with Coleman has been great each time I have ordered. In fairness, I have not had to contact customer service so I can't comment on that aspect of the site.

Ordered now online. Have not yet received but checkout was fairly simple. Please have my order rushed as we works like to get before July when we move into our new home.
Price was similar to a few other sites I found online, but only they offered the setup instead of curbside.
Everything went smooth and delivery was on time. Delivery men were professional and nice as well. I didn't not get their names but they should be commended.

Furniture was delivered in a timely manner. This furniture company was a pleasure to deal with and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. I needed a replacement leg about a week ago and called into customer care - and Amy had it shipped to me with no charges. Received today. I promised to leave feedback - and here it is. A++++++++
That they had the cheapest price was clear to me. I was concerned about the service as "you get what you pay for", however I found them to be very professional and friendly. The delivery guys actually carried the furniture all the way to my dining room and unpacked it. They setup everything nicely and saved me the headache (and backache I might add!).

Received my order in 2 deliveries. They split my order as part of it was on backorder? Got the first delivery 2 weeks ago and the second one friday? Both times delivery people were nice and quick.
LOVED my experience with Coleman! Found their customer service to be excellent, and they had such a wide variety of items! My husband and I were extremely impressed with their prices, and couldn't believe how we could get such an exquisite dining room set for such a decent price. The furniture came in the amount of time just as they promised, and it was brought into my home in a professional and safe manner. Five stars for Coleman!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
