Shipment was fast, since the warehouse they used was licated in my state. The only thing that could have been better is the website tracking of the order, there was no update and I had to get on live chat to find out the order status. Other than that, great customer service, fast shipment, very satisfied with my order, also, the lowest price on this TV anywhere online or off (Samsung 40" curved UHD Smart TV)

Samsung HW-J450. This was my first purchase from COLAMCO. I was able to purchase a new unit for a price that is asked for re-manufactured or older units. The shipping confirmation could have been sent quicker, but when it was, it was indicated that the unit was already on the way. The unit arrived in perfect shape and on or before the indicated arrival date. I did not have any order processing issues. I did not have to contact customer service. The item arrived on time as was described. Overall, I would rate my COLAMCO shopping experience as 5-star.
Just wish you were in California so my shipment would arrive earlier.
Update: Actually, part of my shipment came from California and was there the next day. Yeah!
The other part came from the east coast and arrived at a reasonable time.
