Sent my watch for repair in NJ shop. When I called to check status of repair, they could not find the watch. I took them 4 months to have it returned to me with a 10% discount on selected items that I want to purchase, stating that watch is beyond repair cause it is old.
Three weeks ago, I came back from a trip in Europe and came back with a my old watch up and running like new. The battery oxidized and just need a little cleaning and a new battery. I paid 8 Euro for the service including battery.
Small jobs with little earnings are not of interest to this company. All they wanted to do is sell high tag items and not interested in giving customer satisfaction. Sad...
This is a scam site. Wish I had paid more attention before I ordered, I was on my phone and just googled Coach and didn't look at the site. I didn't realize until I went to follow up because I didn't get a confirmation email. I emailed them twice and never heard back. The product is obviously fake, the Coach lettering isnt even straight! I have a different charge on my card then the total that I was given on the checkout page. Don't waste your time and money!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses, checked my account and immediately realized this was NOT a real coach site due to the foreign name showing on the pending charge. Immediately, filed a claim w/my bank. I have sent multiple emails to the company w/no response. Not only are the sunglasses obviously fake, they're not even the sunglasses that I ordered.
I also fell for this place and have tried multiple times to contact them without response. I am beyond disgusted. I notified Coach of the counterfeit site and disputed the charge on my card. Still waiting...
Ordered a purse and they immediately took the money out of my account - BUT got no confirmation and I made several attempts to contact someone about my order but got no
Response! It pays to check out the websites thoroughly before making your purchases.
I contacted coach and I'm going to the Better Business Bureau as well as going to my bank
To get the money back!
I fell for this spent $118.00 on a purse wallet and sunglasses I should have know it was a scam coming from China. I called up Coach and was told you need an invite to their outlet store. I've sent many emails and a few have come back. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back. This website is a total scam and needs to be shut done for good
