Club furniture was very helpful with the selection and processing of my order. The shipping company changed the delivery date and time 3 times due to truck problems. This gets difficult on my end when I have to take time off work to meet the deliverers. I like the furniture and can see that the pieces are well constructed and match the specifications we asked for.

Took awhile to get our couch, but the quality makes it worth the wait. Only thing i had an issue with is i paid for express shipping however was told when my couch was ready to ship that i couldn't get express because that time of year there are limited trucks going to california. When asked about a refund on my express shipping i received no reply.
The quality of the cushions was not as good as expected. Also, some of the workmanship was not as nice as I had hoped. The sofa looks nice but on closer inspection there are quality issues that would have been noticed had an example been in a showroom.
I wish I was able to see more views online and to see a photo of the sofa I ordered in the fabric choice. It's scary enough purchasing something this costly...and to then do it rather blindly is stress-inducing.
The whole reason I went with your company is that the website said I would receive my order within 3-5 weeks if I paid for express shipping. Although I did not have to pay for express shipping, I had to wait about 8 or 9 weeks before receiving my order.
Excellent service; quality product. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks for delivery with box truck. Love my couch. Easy to work with sales person.

This was the best shopping experience! Sample fabrics came quickly, the sofa was ready ahead of schedule, and delivery was easily adapted to my schedule. The guys were prompt, called ahead, and were courteous and friendly!
Took a bit over 8 weeks to get this product, which they said but thought it would be a bit sooner. No complaints! Guys that set up the furniture were terrific.
Your delivery service is not good. I understand you subcontract them, so perhaps you should pick another sub contractor. First off, the older gentleman who was with a young guy had a hard time holding onto the couch. Then, he tried forcing into the downstairs, when the young guy moved his half of the couch in with no issue. The older guy hit the stairwell wall light socket so many times, he broke off the button which controls the stairs light. He forced it so much that paint chips came off my door and doorway. Then, they didn't fix the light switch, and I had to ask them for a form to note the issue, and they did not give me a copy! Then, after they left, I noticed a large gauge mark in my wall on the opposite side from the light switch.
They really did a bad job, so I marked you down and although I love the couch, and need more furniture, I doubt I will order from you again because I do not want them delivering any more furniture.
My wife loves the furniture and feel of it except that the feathers keep coming out of the seat cushions. Otherwise everything is good.
Took over 4 weeks from the time it went to d&d delivery (and 2 phone calls to d&d) to get the furniture which made the overall delivery over two 1/2 months-seems rather a lengthy time -am satisfied with the furniture

Answer: We just received our first Club Furniture order. Order process was seamless. Our leather sofa is stunning and well-made. 100% top grain leather, no bonded-leather nor color-match vinyl. Frame, cushions and construction are excellent. For half the price of anything comparable from a local retailer. Hustle? Definitely not.
