The ottoman I ordered was damaged. When I called, customer service was very good in terms of letting me know what to do and how to get resolution. Slow response time hearing back from customer service (3 days +) once I sent in pictures of the damage although this could be due to Clubfurniture.com waiting to hear from the manufacturer. Over a week later, I still do not know exactly what will be done, but I at least, do know that they're working on it.

My husband and I had been searching for high quality leather furniture for our new and much smaller apartment. We actually purchased several sofas from local furniture stores and had to return each because of quality and comfort issues. We had about given up hope in finding what we were looking for on our limited budget until we ran across Club Furniture. We thought it was too good to be true until we called and spoke to Darrin. He has to be about the kindest hearted man you could ever hope to know. In explaining our problems finding what we were looking for and describing what we hoped for, he quickly, like overnight it seemed, mailed out samples for us to look at, test and compare to our other furnishings. I don't know about the upholstered furniture, but the leather furniture is astounding. When they say leather all around, they mean it. We ordered the Rockefeller sofa and love seat in Galveston Flax leather with the down wrapped cushions. We were in a hurry as the holidays were quickly approaching and all other options had failed miserably with furniture stores around us so we actually chose this particular combination because they were already made and ready for shipment. Turns out we couldn't have chosen a better color of leather for our decor and the comfort level is awesome! The workmanship is phenomenal and very high in quality. The leather is very thick and durable and will be the exact leather as the sample you receive...no fake plastic looking vinyl. With proper care, this furniture should last a lifetime. These are definitely keepers! This was just what we were praying for and we couldn't get over the super awesome deal that Darrin gave us. Everyone we spoke with at Club Furniture was very kind and took the time to explain the process and made purchasing a high dollar item very easy and less fearful than ordering pieces from our local furniture stores had been. The shipping company was also a delight to deal with. We were put in touch with the company that would be shipping our furniture and they worked hard to quickly get our items onto the delivery truck coming out west so we could have them well before the holidays. They were extremely kind and courteous in keeping us informed of the travel and timing. The guys who delivered were just too sweet and very efficient. The entire experience from start to finish was so amazingly perfect. We are still pinching ourselves! Lol I just can't say enough great things about Club Furniture, Darrin and the others who work there, the shipping company as well as the beautiful furniture. Each piece is truly a masterpiece that has been carefully constructed with pride and refinement. We are planning to build a new home very soon and will have no reservations in purchasing furniture for each room from Club Furniture. I mean, really, no other company gives you that 30 day, no questions asked return...this means they know their furniture well and stand behind what they sell. If you knew what we have gone through with furniture stores in the past, you would know that this is extraordinary and amazing. You can't possibly go wrong.
