3 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION STILL NO REFUND OR ANSWERS. NO NEED TO ATTACH PROOF THEY RESPOND TO CALLS BY EMAIL AND NEVER FOLLOW THRU.

This company is a scam! Do not use them. They will charge your card prematurely during the 3 day trial period without ever accepting or agreeing to the ridiculous charges. Their customer support is garbage. It's one person scamming people. You can see in the photos how I have been ran in circles and here it is 14 days later no refund.

This company did 2 unauthorized charges, they had a trial for $. 95 for 3 days and I cancelled within the hour. Tell me why they charged me $89.85 and $9.95 after the. 95 cents. Every time you call, you can't speak to a supervisor and it's only via email but the supervisor doesn't even help! He just keeps saying to give it one more day or two and now I am on the phone with my bank to get them involved because this company sucks and are thieves! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

I had put my credit card info in but changed my mind and then deleted it but they stiil charged me anyway! They have been taking money off my card 40.00 for 3 months and I didn't know right away. They have been telling me is gonna be escalated to a supervisor for my refund but nothing still! How horrible people are!

I have been on the receiving end of countless spam calls in the past. I've also had some encounters with scammers calling me up and almost scamming me out of my hard-earned money. I've certainly learned my lesson. I always use ClickSearch to do a reverse phone lookup before answering any calls from numbers I don't recognize

I've been using ClickSearch to do personal background checks for years now. It's very easy to use. It's just like doing an online search. The information or data provided are always accurate and very easy to access. I usually use it to do some identity verification on the people that are regularly around my kids.

They are scam with their associate Turbo Spy. I bought an app for 6$ and they charged me for 200$. No email, no phone, SCAM

I signed up, it automatically charged me 89. 95. 59 95... 9.99... 95 cents. Immediately tried to get a refund it has been 3 months still no refund but they tell me it was processes last call they put me on hold 46 minutes later I disconnected. Called back closed for the weekend. Information this report pulled up was old information. If anyone knows of where I can report this company please share

Got charged for services I did not want or use. Canceled immediately. Was promised a refund. Months later still waiting for a refund despite calling and emailing them. Each time I was old that the refund has been processed.

Took out way more than said kept telling em they will refund and it's a joke they DESERVE to be jobless ripping people off then telling them they will refund and don't I will be filling a lawsuit they should not get away with this

If I could I would give click search zero stars. Signed up for 4.95 then got charged 59 dollars 3 times. So roughly 181 dollars and it's been 5 weeks and still no refund.

I have been calling and emailing this company since Sept 7 2022. I get automated emails I have been promised to get my refund and it sill has not been refunded I canceled my subscription before the time required because someone used my debit card I got the. 95 cent refund but never the 86.89 refund. I havesent over 20 emails and spent hours and hours on hold just to get disconnected not a live person answers. I would never use this company for any of your people phone or back ground checks it's a bad company and most of your customer reps don't speak very good English and repeats the same thing over if u do get a live rep to answer the supervisor don't answer the phones they use the form of email so it's a run around company.

This website doesn't even deserve 1 star... they pull you in with their 95 cents promotion and after the consumer figures out the information they stated they had available is not accurate the consumer cancels but wait they will still be charged an ridiculous fee for example I canceled within 10 minutes if that and they charged 95 cents that day... But days later charged me 39.95 which is considered an unauthorized charge and once you see the other reviews and speak to these people you will soon find out it wasn't a mistake! Please use a more reliable source like been verified or find people fast! Customer service representative will tell you she knows nothing and the billing department doesn't have a direct number

ClickSearch reports are very comprehensive. Everything's well-organized and I don't have any hard time understanding them. I can easily spot the information I need. Aside from the accuracy and credibility of their outputs, this is one thing I love the most about ClickSearch.

I signed up to track a employee with one of my phones. First it said the phone belonged to someone in AZ. Then I realized I was charged the 0.95 for my 3 day trial and suddenly I had a charge for 69 so I quickly locked my card. Almost instantly my card was hit again almost the same time so it was denied. I'm giving these people one day which will be Tuesday because tomorrow is a holiday to fix this and refund my money. If they choose not to then I will file suit immediately after my phone call on Tuesday morning. I know the disclaimers pretty well. I feel like a idiot for even trying. Does anyone know their location? If so please message me *******505. I'm a attorney in Florida and I'm going to run with this at my expense. Their are laws that protect us from these types of company so I will be attacking their means of processing cards first so fair warning to anyone reading my review go ahead and save ur time and money! Even if ur able to get a account they will be getting shut down so anything u pay for u will most definitely lose. This company is a big scam! They charged my account for several dollars and promised to refund the money back and never did. I filed aclaim with Better Business Bureau and I advise the rest of you to do the same!

This website is absolutely horrible, misleading, doesn't give you the information it says it will for free trial. Stole money from my account won't give back. Said my card couldn't be verified but they still took the free trial money and I told them not to put anymore charges on my card and they did and keep giving me the run around.
