This site is in short, a 100%total RIP-OFF! If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. The people working here aren't any help whatsoever. I tried a simple.95 cent search on this site over a month ago, & as soon as I clicked yes to the.95 cent deal I was instantly charged 3 additional charges 2 of $69.75 & 1 for $9.95 as well. I have called these people everyday for over a month, and still no refund. No help at all... I am at my wits end with this bull$#*! site & the drone like operators, that for some reason only repeat the phrase... it has been turned over to our billing department, i will receive a call and a conformation email within the day ALL COMPLETE TOTAL LIES.I think we should start a class action lawsuit against these lying thieving scumbag scammers.The $#*! has got to stop... BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I agreed to pay.95 to try, it did not work and within 30 minutes I contacted the company and told them that it did not work but I wanted my money back that they took out without my permission, $59.85, $43.63 and $9.95.
When I contact them they agree to refund but don't.

They offer a 3 day trial for $0.95. This is an out and out lie. The second you sign up, they charge your credit card for $69. IMMEDIATELY. One top of the that, the information they provide is bogus. The number I searched returned false and inaccurate results. There is NOTHING legitimate about this company or their 'services'. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund. I simply canceled my credit card.

The credit card company also knows they are a SCAM as they called me immediately after the transaction took place. Don't even consider doing business with this crooked company

This is bull, I paid for a.95 cent trial and almost immediately they took an additional $69.95 and MAVIK emailed me and expressed his apologies and I was told in 1 to 5 business days I would get a full refund and it's been over that now. When I emailed him today I was given the same reply but this time it stayed 3 to 5 days. They took the money I was saving for gas to get my children to school and myself to work and because of them I've been struggling since.

I gave them my debit card info to pay.99 cents to locate my daughter's lost phone. Then it said free 3 day trial and after that, you get charged whatever a month. Right away, The info they gave me on the phone was wrong and unhelpful in locating it! The location was too broad to help, and inaccurate. The name they gave for who the phone number belongs to was completely wrong! Then I noticed not only did they charge my account the.99 cents, but they had tried to charge my account 4 other times, with 4 other larger amounts, within 10 minutes of me giving them my card info. Fortunately I didn't have enough money in my account for the charges to go through and then I locked my card so when they tried to charge it again it didn't work. But it's a total scam! Stay away!

They will take your money and say they will
Give you a refund. I am filing a lawsuit right now. They have done this to way to many people and keep getting away with it. They have even started screening my calls like my dumb and I wouldn't notice.there's no refund they sold 160 dollars from me! In a time like this they should be ashamed. Be aware of these liars and thieves! They charged me three times. On Dec 17th 2022 three charges was taken from my bank account one for 69.53 0.95 89.85 for a total of 160.33 on the same day that I signed up with this bogus company called click search I called in and canceled my three day trial the same day. I have emailed them more than once and they keep telling me my money is coming. Today is Jan 10th 2023 and still no money back in my account! I turned these people in today with the feds! Hopefully they will shut them down soon!

I used this click search out of Boca and they are horrible they're scammers please do not use!I have report them to the Better Business Bureau do not use them!They are terrible!I have my attorney involved as well as the police where I am going to their Boca location tomorrow so again, be aware.!

I can't trust my wife. I put in my wife's number and it found her phone but said it was a male and he's 72 years old. My wife is a woman and she's 50

I lost my cell phone and found ClickSearch on Google to see if I could trace it's location history. I paid my $0.95 for a trial subscription, did my search then canceled my subscription. Immediately they tried to charge my account $69.95 but fortunately my bank's computer security software flagged the transaction and robocalled me. It asked if I remembered three transactions, two I remembered, the third I did not. I wound up talking to a security tech and found out the $69.95 charge was from the same alias as the $0.95 trial charge! Sounds like fraud to Me!

I authorized a 0.95 charge for 1 name check on 11-24-22. I immediately received a fraud notification from my bank.
This company charged my card 6 times within several minutes for $291.10. I immediately called them, reported the overcharges and canceled my account. I was told the refund would be credited to my account within 3-5 business days. Each time a new charge appeared on my card, I called and reported it. I called in the third day to find out where my refund was. I was assured it would be in my bank account by 5 PM. Called the next morning to state it hasn't been credited.
Called the 6th business day to report no money refunded.
I then filled a fraud claim with my bank who said they would go after this company.
Today is 12-17-22. I have called this company 3 times today. The first time I was told the representative would find out where my refund was. She kept me on hold for over 16 minutes then hung up. I called back several more times only to be immediately put on hold, with no one actually greeting me, then hung up on.
I have not been able to pay my homeowner's insurance, my mortgage, my phone or 2 credit cards this month due to this fraud.
Karma's a real witch.

I paid.95 for a free trial in order to find my niece phone who is special needs an was missing. Thank God the police called my sister because she was in there custody. Click search just dishonestly charges your and I don't have money to for knowone to just take from me I looked some hours later after canceling them and they had charged my card another $59 dollars which was insufficient then the bank charge me 30 for the fee so my account is 96.78 delinquent in that account & they still haven't paid and that was initially placed on Nov.26 they have been telling me the refund will show up In 1 to 5 days that has came and went 3 and half times and still know refund

Had me for almost 300$ in the first 5 minutes. I disputed with my card company, and called click search to cancel also. This site is a total ripoff do not even think about using them.

I searched a number for a 95 cent trial, a detailed phone report popped up and i accidentally hit it and there was no confirmation no billing page it just charged me 43.30 bucks. I think whenever a legitimate company is going to take your money there is a always a confirmation page laying out the chatrges. Also if you cancel in the trial membership u get charged 9.95 so you either pay the ten bucks or pay the membership fee after the three day trial. Its false advertising for a trial membership for $.95. Its misleading and once your in they are guaranteed your money by means that are not fully explained or laid out in their site. Its dirty, and fraud if you ask me. Stay away theres better options out there

I have been waiting over two months for my refund! All I get is the run around, no matter how many times I have called or email! I have numerous emails stating that the refund is in their system, so it must be my banks error.
My bank has informed me that there has never been any kind of attempt to refund from this company! Giving this company a one star is still to high. To bad there isn't a negative scale of -10 How does one go about finding out who owns this company?

ClickSearch is probably the most convenient tool and the most affordable way I've used to track someone's whereabouts. I simply enter the person's full name on the search bar and wait for the results. The reports are amazingly thorough and very helpful. It's great for tracking down long-lost friends, colleagues, and even estranged family members.

I signed up for only the trial for.95 - when my credit card statement came in they hard charged me for two other of their services - on the same day as I paid for the trial. This created an additional charge of $69.90. I immediately contacted the company and was told they would issue a refund - this was back at the beginning of October. At the beginning of November that said it had been issued and if I still hadn't received it in 5 business days to let them know. I did not receive it and I let them know so they said wait 3 more business days and if I still hadn't received it they would put a tracer on it. I let them know and was told that the billing department would contact me. It's been 8 days and still no word from the billing department and no credit to my credit card.

I tried the 95 trial. They took additional funds as well. They attempted to take more charges I DIDN'T Have enough MONEY available.THIS PLace IS HORRIBLE
