This is my first time ordering glasses online. I was apprehensive with how they would turn out, especially since I would be measuring the distance between my pupils on my own in the mirror but my two pairs turned out amazingly well! The fit amazingly, sit comfortably and I can see just fine. The arm on one of my pairs is a bit loose but that can be easily fixed. I'd definitely order from here again.
Great service, I love my glasses, the fit and look are just what I wanted. The process was simple, the delivery was quick and, of course, you can't beat the price.
I originally ordered a pair a prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses and was so impressed with the quality, prices, and shipping that I ordered another pair. Have already recommended them to friends and family!
Decent production and delivery time, the parcel tracking was great. Product arrived in good condition and I was pleased with the packaging. My new prescription sunglasses are amazing at blocking the glare while driving. The frames are a bit loose so I probably need to get them adjusted. I wore them on top of my head when I went outside to sweep snow off my car. It was -34'C and when I got in the car I put the sunglasses down on my face and the lens popped out onto my lap! I've pushed it back into the frame but it doesn't seem to be sitting right.

Clearly didn't necessarily do anything wrong, per se, but the whole experience of purchasing glasses online is one that I will never pursue again thanks to this experience. Bought one set of glasses initially that didn't fit. Clearly did freely refund me for that, to their credit. The replacement set, however, while technically "fit", have a very shallow angle on the ear bars meaning that they are constantly sliding down my nose. All of this would have been avoided by visiting a store in-person to get a pre-purchase fitting.

Frames are great fit my face very well, but the d shaped lenses did not work well with my prescription Adriele and her team recommended rectangle frames and replaced them promptly. Great customer service third time ordering from clearly and this was the first problem witch was promptly fixed.

Took weeks literally for my contacts to arrive. I realize there were some extenuating circumstances with the flooding in BC, but waiting weeks as opposed to overnight/2 day delivery was disappointing. Also, huge lack of communication with my order status. As in no communication.

Clearly had exactly what I needed, however once I place the order I was notified there would be a 2-3 week delay.
The Toric lenses are comfortable and moist. Fits perfectly.

The glasses were great and were delivered early. I didn't know how thick and harsh they would be though. The picture wasn't very accurate compared to the glasses I got. I ordered tortoise but they seem closer to black. But for the price I'm happy.

I have tried to wear but they are too blurry not sure if I need to just push through for a couple of days for my eyes to adjust or they are wrong

It was a pretty painless experience. I think that's the expectation. Things came pretty quick so 4 stars for that considering the shipping and holiday situation.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
