The tape was what I ordered. However, the price charged was not what I had been shown to be the price that would be charged.

There is no foil seal under the screw on cap on these Green Works bottles. So during shipping the screw caps became loose. Product escaped the plastic bag and wet through the box.
Better packaging is advised.

I never received my order and have not received any response from the company as to when a replacement would be shipped to me.

I still haven't received the 19" brown pads. I don't get any updates it this? When I placed my order I received three tracking numbers. Those three tracking numbers got delivered. I called and sat in hold for a while and when someone finally picked up the line they were very short borderline rude to me. I just explained part of my order is missing. She pretty much cut me off mid sentence and said it ships separately. I tried to explain I only got three tracking numbers and it was all delivered but I was still missing two different items. She just kept saying it ships separately. Finally she asks for my order number and says there are four tracking numbers. I never received the fourth one. Now one other item has shown up but I'm still waiting for the 19" brown 3m pads.

The carton only contained 78 rolls of toilet paper. It had been opened and retaped. The remained of the order is undamaged. I will shop again. You should know two rolls were removed.

I ordered 10 of the 64oz. Refills from Cleanitsupply and one of the shipping boxes held 6 of the bottles. The box was not nearly strong enough, nor did it provide separators for the bottles to prevent damage. One of the bottles was damaged and spilled it's contents in the box. I have ordered 6 bottles numerous times from different vendors and over half of the deliveries were damaged spilling different amounts of the cleaner. I had hoped that Cleanitsupply would ship in stronger boxes with protective separators, but they did not with typical shipping damage.

The Maite offered a seré shipping or 10% off. When I used the code for free shipping it looked like it accepted the code and I proceeded to check out. Only when my credit card bill arrived I realism that I was charged $25 for shipping. Since the product is manufactured and shipped in Houston where I live, I wish I wa made aware of the total invoice as I would have just picked it up myself. When called I was not given any remedy, not even a 10% off which was another coupon for first ime users that I was not able to use…

I was shipped a wrong part and had to take a photo and send it to the very picky warehouse manager and wait another week to get the correct order. Still waiting to receive it.

Although it was a shipping problem through Fed x that i never recieved my package i think cleanit supply didn't really communicated enough with Fed x to resolve the problem after 3 1/2 weeks of waiting. And for that i only gave them 2 stars hopefully they will reach out to there shipping departments and make sure they are up to date on shipping products to customers. I was really dissapointed and dont know if i will order again only time will tell.

All good. I have no complaints. Arrived as expected.
