Neither the hard, magnetic mount one nor the soft rubbery one worked for me. A total waste of money.

Good experience, until I got to this description of experience. All I ordered was a spray head and you want a 50 word description of my experience…. Come on man…

I don't like the 9" rolls. I don't like that there isn't 12' rolls anywhere to buy plus the price of the 9" roll per cases is higher than a case of the 12" rolls now. Its ridiculous because I work in a K~12th Public School and have small rolls of Toilet Paper that cost more per case. Not to mention the paper quality is poor.

I ordered two items from this site weeks ago. When I didn't receive my order, I resorted to customer chat, who informed me the shipment had been damaged and returned. (Far be it for them to inform me proactively). I reordered through chat. Today, a repeat. I was told through chat AGAIN that the shipment had been returned, but NO ONE had informed me. I asked for a refund. I also was informed that there was no way to escalate my complaint. I beg to differ.

I ordered mop handles on 4/3. As of 4/17 we still had not received any shipping status. I sent 2 emails requesting a status - both ignored. Placed 2 phone calls. First one said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me - never did. Second one said the warehouse was moving and that was the reason for the delay - but still could not provide any kind of an ETA. Your move really takes 15 days... If anyone in management reads this - we spend a fair amount with your company (or we used to)...

I gotta believe you can do better!

The case of 12 bottles of Napa Valley Naturals Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar is not what I expected. The label and the description on the site made me think I was buying the original Balsamic Vinegar which is truly fabulous. The old version was aged in cherry wood casks and was nearly pure grapes. But NO...I was sent 12 bottles with the STONEWALL label stating this vinegar was aged in oak and had additives. STONEWALL is known for not having good products. I am very, very disappointed and frankly, annoyed that this company used false advertising for this product.

Was shopping for the table at Sam's, but not available. Found it with you, slightly more expensive with additional shipping cost, but you fulfilled an immediate need.

I place a bulk -in stock order 3 weeks ago and as per today I have not receive my order.
Shipping department has NOT ship my product and there is no answer to my concern.
