They had 10,000 ellipso cups available and bought one. They only sent 1000 and wouldn't honor the sale of their incorrect listing. Had to sent back for my refund. Like a dummy I gave them a positive review at the site before the item arrived. Way overpriced products, Research first.

Customer Service was nice. But I never got a it's been shipped or a tracking number. Showed up eleven days after ordering which would have been nice to know. Was starting to wonder if I was scammed. I have been scammed before!

Good delivery, all cases intact and good condition. Last delivery was not the case. UPS delivered one damaged package another was never received. Would still like to be reimbursed. We were told by a Clean it supply representative the two cases would be sent to us ASAP. Never heard back or received two missing cases.
