I received the wrong product. Then I was bombarded (Somethimes 3 a day) with emails from CleanItSupply.

Read it wro g...needed napkins for dispenser not a dispenser don't know what to do with it...it's still packaged can isend it back please and get napkins

I tried to sign in as a guest, but Cleanitsupply thought I had an account. It took multiple attempts to get a valid password with password reset. The reset email said I would have to reset next time I log in, so I don't know what will happen then. I appreciate gettting my hand soap from CleanItSupply.

Two weeks ago I ordered 24 Kaytee parakeet treats and as of today I still have not receive it. It has not been shipped I was offered a, refund I do not want refund!

You keep sending me all these emails after you canceled my order but I couldn't get just one email informing me it would be canceled. Not happy at all. Was told to reorder using PayPal..

I placed my order for 4 pallets of cups on a Tuesday and they arrived in good condition by Thursday of that same week! I place large orders like this regularly and this order must have been a record breaker for shipping speed.

Ordered a pallet of toilet paper for our company and we didn't receive a delivery date or anything. We had to call them just to be told after a week it still haven't shipped. Terrible customer service and follow up from the sales reps. Once they get a sale they stop working.

Service was great but product is sub par. Foam still backs up in a portable unit.

I bought two items. We both came (separately.) each were the wrong color. Customer service was very helpful (they get 5 stars) and placed another order. Again, the items were the wrong color. Currently, I am zero for four and still waiting to get what I actually paid for. Right now I'm pretty disappointed.
