Prices are not bad but the shipping charges are outrageous. $9 for one item, $18 for two...
It's just too much and they ship via USPS which is the worst delivery service ever. My package sat for 3 days at the local usps place before being delivered yesterday

Overall I have no complaints except for the delivery fee...

Ordering was extremely easy, and poof, just like that my stuff arrived! I was sort of concerned that all 3 items came separately, on different delivery trucks. It was sort of a waste of resources but it's also keeping people working so there is that.

I am a repeat customer for many reasons. I love the variety and everything they sell is top-notch.

I contacted customer service through the chat feature and was immediately connected. The lady was nice and apologetic. It was one box of highlighters missing. It came the very next day! I was impressed!

I was asked to order four filing systems and placed the order at approximately 3pm in the afternoon. All four systems were delivered the next morning! THAT IS INCREDIBLE!

I have ordered from this site to date at least 14 times since the pandemic began. I have had good experience with purchasing my cleaning products and disinfectants as well. I have ordered disposable paper dinner plates as well as disposable and reusable masks. I ordered Purell advanced hand sanitizer too. I had a slight issue with one of my products being damaged and they replaced it without any problem.

When my desk chair broke, I needed a replacement FAST. I had several requirements... leather, high back, arms that pivoted out of the way, etc. After searching the internet, I found several that met my requirements... most required at least a week or two for delivery. I called your number to find out delivery, and was told "1-3 days". I have never purchased from you before. I found the website easy, and was able to call for some help while in the middle of my order process. Got a call back 15 minutes later, resolved my question, and completed my order. It did take a couple of days to ship, but I still had my new chair within about 5 days.

I ordered an electric hole punch and received it within 3 days after ordering so that was great. The problem was that it didn't work. I sent an email and they replied to me the next day saying they would send me a new one. So I was impressed with how they handled this hole thing. I received the new hole punch in less than a week. They were very easy to deal with.
