I was in the process of entering my card information and started reading the BAD reviews. Did NOT complete to step 3 and still got an email my order was entered. Rather than go thru the phone call where they tell me it was already shipped, I Called the credit card company and they tagged the order as fraudulent and cancelled the card.
Hope they did not ship the product!

Do not pay directly with your credit card. My credit card was compromised after making a purchase from City Beauty site. I was charged with more than $1,500. USD. From different stores.
This cream is an scam. It doesn't work at all. It seems you put a thin coat of wax on your face, the make up and concealer does not run well. Waste of money. Very bad experience.

I was excited to begin experiencing the effects of Citi products by starting with their lip plumping product but after using it repeatedly sad to say it did not do anything for me. Having had that experience I am very hesitant in trying any of their other products. Yes their ads and infomercials are very convincing, but I believe are far from the truth, I would not recommend their products.

I purchased this because of all the raving 5 star reviews.
I'm wondering how they got these reviews?

I've used morning and night for almost a month now with zero difference (other than its a good moisturizer, but I already had a good one).

Update, a brownie point for the company, they saw my review and refunded me. They sent me a message asking me to continue using it. I did, still did not work.

There was no mention of further cost in UK! I had to pay another £16 this made the price of the face cream less attractive and I'm seriously considering not buying anything else from this company- I've bought loads of stuff from the States NEVER had to pay extra for items... very disappointed

Having to pay post office over 47 pounds to receive my parcel when they say free delivery when you order is verymissleading also ordered 1 product sai save buy 3 and delivered 3 cost over 200 pound cancel subscription really disgusted

I made one order. Paid for my custom fees (which was ASTRONOMICAL), and cancelled subscription. They had the audacity to CHARGE THE SECOND TIME and never refunded me nor sent me ANY PRODUCTS! I cannot believe such a company would do something so petty and underhanded to steal from customers to gain a few bucks. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend it.

I tried to cancel my order just a few minutes after placing it. They replied to my email only a few hours later saying the order has been processed and can't be cancelled. But it was not shipped yet. I send another email saying that if it was not shipped yet I can't see why it can't be cancelled. A couple hours later they sent a shipment confirmation! Not happy. Looks like a scam! Stay away!

I love buying City Beauty products especially their makeups and lipsticks.
I find myself having a stock of makeups in my house as I'm addicted to trying different types. Simply irresistible quality

I was charged £31.45 for taxes and shipping before Royal mail would deliver. L have sent the company several emails but have had no reply, I was hoping it was an honest mistake but I was wrong, just another scam.

This has been my go-to for all my skincare products. And if there is one thing that's important to me.. its my skin care routine. I believe i get total value for money when buying from this store. I love them!

I notice it plumps, moisturizes and naturally darkens my lips. My lipstick stays in place and lasts longer too. I use at least 3 times a day. I am thrilled I bought an extra tube.

I use city lips everyday. Morning and night and my lips have never felt more consistently hydrated. I didn't take before and after photos and I should have. Lips definitely appear smoother with less of those pesky age lines.

I like the lip gloss, I could feel a slight tingling when putting it on. My lips seem moisturized and soft but I haven't noticed them being more plump or anything.

This product ACTUALLY works, and even more so than I expected at first. It seems like my lips have adjusted to the content, though, so they are not reacting as profound as they did initially - and no, it's not just because they're more plump in general now. I have only used it for a week or so, so I'm looking forward to see what this will do in the long run.
