I found them much more responsive that the "other online shipper bidding site". The fee is a little high, but the total was still lower than I was quoted elsewhere. The shipper was courteous and professional. I am glad I found them.

The platform is a great concept. It's so useful to be able to post your transport need and to do some comparison shopping to find someone whose dates and prices match your expectations. I had some technical issues with the platform that didn't allow me to see everything from the dashboard view.
