Ordered an ARK server with them. The server would not show up for me or my friend, so I contacted support. Support kept blaming me for the issues and was not nice to work with at all. I finally was able to access the server only to find out mods absolutely do not work on their servers. We tried everything, followed their guides, etc. trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and contacted them for a refund because I already wasted too much time on their awful service.
Now they just want to credit my account with them. Uhh, no? Your service is awful I need a credit back to my credit card. I did not receive the promised service and shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get that service.
AVOID THEM. Went with another host, had it up and running in no time with 0 problems so it definitely was NOT me as their customer service tried to say it was.

It is one of the worst gaming hosting, not gonna lie. I have been waiting for my problem to be solved for more than a month, and they didn't even fix it and taken money for the second period without any compensation or bonuses. Definetely wont recommend it to anybody.
I rented an Enshrouded Server from Citadel Servers and they did not let me down. The speed and the performance of the server are consistent didn't even encounter any problems during the time I was playing on the server. I finished the game smoothly. Thank you Citadel Servers for the great experience.

I had a Palworld server with Citadel since the first week of launch. It was shaky at first, but I did notice that most other Host providers had similar issues so I wont take it against them.
Since then, they have noticeably improved dramatically with better support, server performance, and also even able to display my server in the server list instead of just direct IP connection. Would highly recommend just due to how diligent they are in improving their server reliability.
Service provided did not work at all, despite hours of trying to get it working.
Do not waste your time or money on this provider, find a different one.
Citadel does Good servers, rented new dont starve together server and works fine, no issues and sales rep in live chat was helpful
Very reliable servers and has a great interface than other providers. Really loved their quick acting support which resolves issues in a timely fashion.
I am amazed that they have cool features such as Steam Workshop inside the server.

Started an Ark SE server with them. It was decent, not great, with lag issues every so often. We paid for a second server to cluster with it and set it up on our end exactly as their web site said to. Then had to send in a support ticket for them to finalize it on their end. Fine. 12 hours later they finally send a response saying they are done. Lo and behold, the cluster does not work. Send in a ticket. 8 hours later we get a response and reply to it acknowledging they want us to sign out so they can test the server. 7 hours later they respond to the reply and we reply to that. 12 hours later still no response back from them. We still can't use either server. 3 days this goes on. We cancel the second server since it's obvious they can't fix the issue. Their terms of service state clearly we are due a refund of the cost of the server since they owe 5% of the monthly fee for each hour the server is unavailable because of issues on their end, and also they have a 7 day refund policy if not completely satisfied. So, they owe us a refund for the month on the primary server because it wasn't available and the second server was cancelled in the 7 day refund period. Instead of refunding our money, they give us credit to use on another server. Complete bs. This company can't provide the service they claim, lack the ability to support their service and then refuse to honor their terms of service.
I've been playing on their Ark game server which is located in new york for the past seven months and we all like it there. We tried to change locations just for the sake of it, and they happily moved our server to where we requested it. We had a lot of requests, and they helped us and got back to us very timely which is I like the most here in Citadel.
So far, the most decent CS:GO server that we hosted for tournaments.
I like the interface as we can change maps right away and can also do it via smartphone.

My server performance has been boosted like a rocket including the memory of my server.
Back then, I was struggling to maintain a few mods to my server, now I got tons close to a hundred while having a stable connection with my friends. I just extended for another year as my community grows bigger and bigger. Now I got Rust, DayZ, and Arma 3 running with them and my community helps me pay with the server which is great to make a stable relationship with the crew!
I ordered a Valheim server with them a few years ago. Recently the game launched an update that makes it available for Xbox Game Pass. Now, they provide us both options for cross-play which is so awesome as we can now play with the much bigger community without losing anything from scratch!
Right now, I have five different game servers with them.
Company does what it says on thr tin, thst is fast setup, great performance and friendly staff.

I bought a minecraft server in August of this year. Over a few days we were working with customer service to install the tekkit mod pack (very common). After a few days the server was still not operational even after upselling me to put 6Gb or ram for a mod pack that should only require 2-4Gb. So I asked for them to shut the server down and give me a refund (less than a week after starting the server). It is now 4 months later and I've submitted several requests to cancel the server and refund my money, but they keep charging my card every month! I've paid over $100 over the last 4 months for something that doesn't even work, and the customer service reps are useless in trying to help me. They keep claiming I have to reply to a previous ticket when I have pictures to prove that I have. Their system is either broken or they just love laughing as they drain my account! At this point I might just need to cancel my card cause the banks are easier to deal with than this! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Customer service ranges from somewhat competent to absolutely useless. I was simply trying to run a small server on ARK for just me and my girlfriend. Talked to a lady named Cheryl at the start who was able to do plenty to help me when I began, and then everyone after her just brushed me off and told me to open a support ticket and talk to the specific teams for things since they would be more "qualified to give the assistance you need." It takes hours just to get into a live chat anyways. I waited for about 3 hours before someone joined and proceeded to tell me, "sorry you'll have to open a ticket for that, we only provide the pre sales assistance, nothing more." And their support ticket system is a joke, it takes hours for a reply from them there as well, and even then the replies that they give is the equivalent of, "well have you tried turning it off and back on? Well did you try reading this?" It's laughable how they try and don't try at the same time and how there seems to be such a massive gap in knowledge in their team without them even attempting to do anything more. Definitely look into other options for server hosting this has been and continues to be a bad experience. I'm fearful of what'll happen when I get a reply about my refund seeing as how they supposedly withhold the refund as a credit in the company.
These guys have no idea about how to run a server. I paid for a month of Conan Exiles server and couldn't play for a single day because their machines can't handle and oldish game like that. Their support service is laughable to say the least, asking all the same questions every other day, while ignoring the real issue, which is their hardware not being able to run a server. It's a total waste of money, time and patience.

Red dead redemption 2 server is totally scam is not work at all they have no idea what they doing or how to fix it there is not enough Knowledgebase other then how to activate your key... My server was not working at all since first day purchase spent almost $60 for all that crap they offer. When request refund no respond other then terms of service, we can provide a pro-rata credit LOL this company is Joke good luck..
Answer: They may operate a company, but they run it like a scam. If you have any issues don't expect a great response or resolution. PayPal disputes was the only way many have been able to hold them accountable.
